Picking up my Nutrition and Health Class after a little bit of a layoff!

First and Foremost, an amazing Faculty Member of the Department of Nutritional Sciences died this past Sunday, January 21, 2018.  Professor Barbara Tangle passed away after a long bout with cancer.  Professor Tangle was at Rutgers for over 40 years.  She trained thousands of Registered Dietitians and made Rutgers one of the top programs in the country. Now that’s a way to make the world a better place.
